This web app corresponds to the supplementary material for the paper "A Message Passing framework with Multi-data Integration for miRNA-Disease Association Prediction". Through this app, users can explore the predictions of our model. In addition, we make the biological information associated to miRNAs and diseases available.
Instructions on how to use this Web App
To query information on miRNAs, diseases or pathways, please locate to the application by clicking the Application tab.
Then select the category (miRNA, disease or pathway) of the entity you want to select. Enter the entity you want to inspect in the text field or select one from the dropdown menu.
Once you have selected an entity, you can query information on it by selecting the corresponding tab, e.g select "Pathway Information".
